What to Bring Check List
Proof that you are a hunter from your state to obtain licence
Shot Gun or Riffle and Ammunition
A Blaze orange vest or Jacket and hat (Mandatory)
Binocular and Compass
Mild, Cool and Cold weather clothing
Camera
Cell phone
range finder
Tree stand (if you prefer to)
Bring heater
Portable blind (if you prefer to)
Hunting Knives
fishing gear
Plus your own personals hunting equipment; ie; scents, bleat can,
grunt tube, pocket flash lights etc.
If a hunter has tagged out, he can enjoy a day of fishing on
Lake of the Wood. Boats are available at the camp or purchase a small game hunting licence for a new hunting adventure.
We have satellite T.V for the Hunter who just would like to spend a day
with the remote, or you can head into town to do a little touring of Sioux Narrows or Kenora.
Our staff will be their to help you with any extra activities you may be interested in doing.
Traveling Information
Flying?
You can fly via commercial airline to Winnipeg, Manitoba and connect
to Bearskin Airlines for a direct flight into Kenora.
(Note: Drive time from Kenora - 1 hour, from Winnipeg - 3.5 hours)
If traveling through the USA, the closest recommended airport is International falls.
(Note: Drive time from International falls - 1.5 hours)
Driving?
Use MAP QUEST on our local information page on our web site.
From U.S.A.: Take the most convenient route to International Falls, Minnesota
and cross the border into Fort Frances, Ontario, Canada. Travel west along
Highway 71. Drive north on Highway 71 for 68 miles. The lodge is located 7
miles south of the town of Sioux Narrows. Follow the signs to White Pine Lodge.

Important Note!
U.S. visitors must have a valid passport. When entering Canada you are allowed to
bring a 40oz./1lt bottle of liquor or a case of beer, plus one carton of cigarettes
per person. No hand guns or fully automatic weapons under 26 inches in length are permitted. All weapon types must be declared. Note, a previous conviction for D.U.I could cause border crossing problems, but a new law easing the restrictions was just passed.

bring your state hunting license with you.
Payments
Hunts range from $1900 to $2350 plus HST 13%
HST rebate of 50% for qualified packages, please inquire.
Deposits are required upon booking to secure your week.
Personal cheques are accepted for Deposits ONLY.
Remainder is due upon arrival, by cash or money orders (cashier check), Visa or M/C
